Terms and Conditions Content

The main section of the page displays a rich text editor containing the current terms and conditions. These conditions cover various aspects of ticket issuance and travel, including:

  1. The company gives notice that all tickets are issued by them and/or their agents upon the express condition that responsible law for the illness, injury or death of any passenger or for the damage to or loss of any luggage or other personal possessions, howsoever and wheresoever caused, and whether due to or partly due to some negligent act of omission of the Company or any of its servants or agents.
  2. By accepting or receiving this ticket, each passenger agrees to the other provisions hereof, both on his or her behalf.
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel or vary this service in any way.
  4. This ticket is not transferable and is the property of the Company. It must be given up when required by the Company's Officers to enable a person to travel on the service. The passenger's copy of the ticket must be kept safely and produced on demand by the company's servants during the duration of the voyage.
  5. The Company is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage, or goods without assigning any reason thereof.
  6. No condition of travel other than that endorsed on the face of this ticket will be recognized. Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized.
  7. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise or be alleged to arise in the event of the cancellation of this service or the abandonment of the service during the course thereof (should the Company or any of its servants or agents decide that such abatement is necessary), or any deviation or delay in any service arising for any cause whatsoever. In any such event, the Company will not be liable in any way for any costs that may occur other than those contemplated by the original service or for any alternative means of travel, and any additional expense so arising shall be the liability of the passenger.
  8. The Company may arrange for any other person to undertake the service hereby contracted for, or any part thereof, and that person, their servants, and agents shall be protected by and entitled to the benefits of these conditions to the same extent as the Company.
  9. In these conditions, the "COMPANY" means Interlink Shipping Line Limited, its servants, and agents. "PASSENGER" means the passenger to whom this ticket is issued or who is carried by virtue thereof.
  10. All tickets must be reconfirmed prior to the reporting time. The Company reserves the right to charge a 45% cancellation fee, which will be processed within 3 working days and payable either to the customer's bank account or by cheque payment after lodgement. No refund will be made on lost tickets, and the company should not be liable for lost or misplaced tickets. This ticket is valid for 1 (one) month only from the date of purchase.
  11. Unconfirmed tickets and tickets purchased at the vessel shall be subject to a penalty rate of 45%.
  12. All tickets must be reconfirmed at least 24 hours prior to boarding time. All unconfirmed tickets are not refundable if 24 hours prior cancellation notice is not followed before travel. If the ticket is not returned to the office before the travel date, it will be marked used and become invalid.
  13. Any other change apart from one (1) date change incurs a 45% penalty charge.
  14. For lost or damaged baggage, our liability is limited to $50 per baggage.
