You can access the Tenants page by clicking on 'Tenants' under the 'Administration' section in the left sidebar. The Tenants page allows administrators to manage organizational accounts within the Interlink Shipping platform. This is where you can view, create, edit, and disable tenant records.

1. Create Tenant
To add a new organizational account, click the "Create Tenant" button. This will open a modal where you can enter the new tenant's details, including:
- Company Name: The full legal name of the company.
- Short Code: A unique, abbreviated code for the company.
Click "Create Tenant" within the modal to save the new record.
2. Tenants Table
The main section of the page displays a table listing all existing tenants with the following columns:
- Company Name: The full name of the tenant company.
- Short Code: The abbreviated code assigned to the tenant.
- Status: Indicates whether the tenant account is `active` or disabled.
- Created By: The user who created the tenant record.
- Created On: The date and time when the tenant record was created.
- Updated On: The date and time when the tenant record was last updated.
- Action: Contains icons for performing actions on the tenant record:
(Edit icon): Click to edit the tenant's details. This opens an "Edit Tenant Status" modal.
(Disable icon): Click to disable the tenant. This opens a "Disable Tenant" confirmation modal.
The table also includes pagination controls (e.g., "10 entries per page") and a search bar to filter tenant records.
