Session Timeout & Inactivity Warning

For security purposes, the portal monitors the user activity. if the remain inactive for 10 minutes, a warning modal will appear with a countdown timer giving you 1 minute to respond. you can either: 

  • Stay Logged In: Click this button to reset the timer and continue working.
  • Logout: click this button to log out immediately.

If no action is taken within the countdown, you will be automatically logged out and redirected to the login page.
