Passenger Manifest Report Page

You can access the Passenger Manifest Report page by expanding the 'Manifests' dropdown under the 'Reports' section in the left sidebar and clicking on 'Passenger Manifest Report'. This page provides a detailed list of all passengers scheduled for a specific trip, allowing for filtering and export options.

1. Report Filters

The report can be filtered using the following criteria:

  • Vessel: Filter by specific vessel names.
  • Trip Type: Filter by the type of journey ('Single Trip' or 'Return Trip').
  • Origin City: Filter by the starting city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
  • Destination City: Filter by the arrival city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
  • Origin Port: Filter by the starting port of the trip (for port-to-port travel).
  • Destination Port: Filter by the arrival port of the trip (for port-to-port travel).
  • Trip Date: Filter by the specific date of the trip.
  • Clear Filters button: Resets all applied filters to their default state.

2. Export Options

The report data can be exported in different formats:

  • Export to Excel ( icon): Exports the current report data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Export to PDF ( icon): Exports the current report data to a PDF document.

3. Report Table

The main table displays detailed passenger manifest information, including:

  • Ticket Number: Unique identifier for the ticket.
  • Name: The name of the passenger.
  • Contact: The passenger's contact number.
  • Origin Port: The starting port of the trip.
  • Destination Port: The arrival port of the trip.
  • Passenger Count: The number of passengers on the ticket.
  • Category: The passenger category (e.g., adult, child, infant, driver).
  • Type: Indicates if the entry is for a 'Passenger' or 'Driver'.
  • Origin City: The starting city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
  • Destination City: The arrival city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
  • Booking Date: The date the ticket was booked.
  • Trip Date: The date of the trip.
  • Trip Segment: Indicates if the trip is 'Oneway' or 'Return'.
  • Status: Current status of the passenger booking (e.g., 'unused').
  • Vessel: The name of the vessel for the trip.

The table also includes pagination controls and a search bar.
