1. Report Filters
The report can be filtered using the following criteria:
- Vessel: Filter by specific vessel names.
- Trip Type: Filter by the type of journey ('Single Trip' or 'Return Trip').
- Origin City: Filter by the starting city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
- Destination City: Filter by the arrival city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
- Origin Port: Filter by the starting port of the trip (for port-to-port travel).
- Destination Port: Filter by the arrival port of the trip (for port-to-port travel).
- Trip Date: Filter by the specific date of the trip.
- Clear Filters button: Resets all applied filters to their default state.
2. Export Options
The report data can be exported in different formats:
- Export to Excel (
icon): Exports the current report data to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Export to PDF (
icon): Exports the current report data to a PDF document.
3. Report Table
The main table displays detailed passenger manifest information, including:
- Ticket Number: Unique identifier for the ticket.
- Name: The name of the passenger.
- Contact: The passenger's contact number.
- Origin Port: The starting port of the trip.
- Destination Port: The arrival port of the trip.
- Passenger Count: The number of passengers on the ticket.
- Category: The passenger category (e.g., adult, child, infant, driver).
- Type: Indicates if the entry is for a 'Passenger' or 'Driver'.
- Origin City: The starting city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
- Destination City: The arrival city of the trip (for city-to-city travel).
- Booking Date: The date the ticket was booked.
- Trip Date: The date of the trip.
- Trip Segment: Indicates if the trip is 'Oneway' or 'Return'.
- Status: Current status of the passenger booking (e.g., 'unused').
- Vessel: The name of the vessel for the trip.
The table also includes pagination controls and a search bar.
