You can access the My Requests page by clicking on 'My Requests' from the Quick Links section on the Dashboard. This page provides a detailed list of all requests submitted by the logged-in user to managers and administrators.

1. Export Options
The report data can be exported in different formats:
- Export to Excel (
icon): Exports the current report data to an Excel spreadsheet.
2. My Requests Table
The main table displays detailed information for each request, including:
- Ticket #: Unique identifier for the ticket associated with the request.
- Submitted On: The date and time when the request was submitted.
- Request Type: The type of request (e.g., 'Update Ticket', 'Refund', 'Cancellation').
- Attachment: A link to view any attached documents related to the request.
- Status: The current status of the request (e.g., 'Pending', 'Approved', 'Rejected').
Badge: bg-warning
(yellow) for Pending.
The table also includes pagination controls (e.g., "10 entries per page") and a search bar to filter records.
