1. Report Filters
The report can be filtered using various criteria:
- Trip Type: Filter by 'Single Trip' or 'Return Trip'.
- Trip Date: Filter by the specific date of the trip.
- Booking Date: Filter by the specific date when the booking was made.
- Created By: Filter by the user who created the booking.
- Payment Method: Filter by the payment method used (e.g., Cash, Mpaisa, Cheque, Direct Deposit, Online, Account, Eftpos).
- Clear Filters button: Resets all applied filters to their default state.
2. Export Options
The report data can be exported in different formats:
- Export to Excel (
icon): Exports the current report data to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Export to PDF (
icon): Exports the current report data to a PDF document.
3. Report Table
The main table displays detailed information for each booking, including:
- Ticket Number: Unique identifier for the ticket.
- Created By: The user who created the ticket.
- Booking Date: The date the ticket was booked.
- Date of Trip: The date of the outbound journey.
- Return Date: The date of the return journey (if applicable).
- Trip Type: Indicates if the trip is 'oneway' or 'return'.
- Payment Method: The method used for payment.
- Payment Reference: Any reference number associated with the payment.
- Total Amount: The total cost of the ticket.
- Passenger Count: The number of passengers on the ticket.
- Status: Current status of the ticket (e.g., 'unused').
- Location: The operational center where the ticket was booked.
The table also includes pagination controls and a search bar. A footer row displays totals for 'Total Amount' and 'Passenger Count'.
