Cargo Manifest

Path: Reports > Manifests > Cargo Manifest

The Cargo Manifest report generates a complete list of all cargo items loaded onto a specific vessel for a given date. It servers as the official shipping document showing all parcels and shipments on a particular trip. it features a prominent blue filter bar at the top  o generate the manifest.

Filter Bar

The Cargo Manifest page has a blue-colored filter section at the top with the following controls (identical to the Cargo Collection Filters): 

Filter Description
Vessel Dropdown to filter by vessel (All vessels, Northern Star, Ohana, Spirit of Harmony, Northern Star Night, UP-Mrng, UP-Night, Blue Phoenix)
Trip Format Dropdown to filter by delivery format (All Formats, Port to Port, City to City)
Origin Port Dropdown to filter by origin port (All ports, Natovi, Nabouwalu, Rotuma, Vanuabalau, Suva, Lomaiviti, Taveuni, Savusavu, Kadavu)
Destination Port Dropdown to filter by destination port (same port options as above)
Date Date picker to filter results by a specific trip date
Clear Filters Purple button that resets all filters to their default values

Table Columns

Column Description
Consignment Number Unique consignment identifier for each cargo booking
Sender Name Full name of the shipper
Sender Contact Phone number of the shipper
Consignee Full name of the intended recipient
Consignee Contact Phone number of the consignee
Origin Port The departure port for the cargo
Destination Port The arrival port for the cargo
Cargo Description Description of the cargo contents and items 
Weight / Volume The weight or volume measurements of the cargo
Status Current status of the cargo (e.g., In transit, Collected, Unclaimed)
Vessel The vessel transporting the cargo
Trip Format The delivery format: port-to-port or city-to-city
Date The date of the cargo trip

Note: This is a read-only report. There are no create, edit, or delete actions. The manifest is automatically generate from cargo bookings. Use the filter bar to select a specific vessel and date to view the manifest for that trip.
