You can access the All Center Report page by expanding the 'Accounts' dropdown under the 'Reports' section in the left sidebar and clicking on 'All Center Report'. This page provides a comprehensive report of all ticket bookings across all operational centers, allowing for detailed filtering and export options.

1. Report Filters

The report can be filtered using various criteria:

  • Vessels: Filter by specific vessel names.
  • Return Vessel: Filter by specific return vessel names.
  • Origin Port: Filter by the starting port of the trip.
  • Destination Port: Filter by the arrival port of the trip.
  • Trip Type: Filter by 'Single Trip' or 'Return Trip'.
  • Trip Date: Filter by the specific date of the trip.
  • Created By: Filter by the user who created the booking.
  • Payment Method: Filter by the payment method used (e.g., Cash, Mpaisa, Cheque).
  • Booking Date Range: Filter by a range of dates when the booking was made.
  • Center: Filter by the operational center where the booking was made.
  • Clear Filters button: Resets all applied filters to their default state.

2. Export Options

The report data can be exported in different formats:

  • Export to Excel ( icon): Exports the current report data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Export to PDF ( icon): Exports the current report data to a PDF document.

3. Report Table

The main table displays detailed information for each booking, including:

  • Ticket Number: Unique identifier for the ticket.
  • Location: The operational center where the ticket was booked.
  • Created By: The user who created the ticket.
  • Trip Type: Indicates if the trip is 'oneway' or 'return'.
  • Booking Date: The date the ticket was booked.
  • Date of Trip: The date of the outbound journey.
  • Return Date: The date of the return journey (if applicable).
  • Payment Method: The method used for payment.
  • Total Amount: The total cost of the ticket.
  • Penalty: Any penalty amount applied to the ticket.
  • Passenger Count: The number of passengers on the ticket.
  • Vessel Name: The name of the vessel for the outbound trip.
  • Return Vessel Name: The name of the vessel for the return trip (if applicable).
  • Origin Port: The starting port.
  • Destination Port: The arrival port.
  • Origin City: The starting city (for city-to-city travel).
  • Destination City: The arrival city (for city-to-city travel).
  • Passenger(S): Names of the passengers.
  • Driver Name: Name of the driver (if 'Vehicle with Passengers' trip).
  • Vehicle Registration: Registration number of the vehicle (if 'Vehicle with Passengers' trip).
  • Status: Current status of the ticket (e.g., 'unused').

The table also includes pagination controls (e.g., "10 entries per page") and a search bar to filter records. A footer row displays totals for 'Total Amount' and 'Passenger Count'.
